EDC Project Manager – (Japanese/English speaking)
As an eCaseLink Project Manager for DSG, a Clinical Trial Software and Services provider of technologies for the Pharmaceutical industry, a successful individual will act as a liaison with Clinical Project Managers and Data Managers at top pharmaceutical companies to implement DSG’s eCaseLink electronic data capture (EDC) software, while managing client expectations and relationships throughout the duration of the project.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects from design through implementation, delivery and completion
- Communicate with the sponsor organization and its vendors to ensure DSG meets all client requirements
- Work directly with internal sales representative to plan and execute project plans for key client projects
- Effectively work with project management team in US headquarters to execute project plans
- Effectively and appropriately communicate issues and opportunities to clients, team members, and internal management in a timely manner
- Organize and lead eCaseLink project implementation meetings
- Attend meetings with clients at client sites
- Verify functionality to be included in eCaseLink
- Use DSG’s proprietary software, eCaseLink
- Verify client system requirements and coordinate with US project team
- Provide training and support to end users
- Bachelors degree
- 4+ years project management experience in software or pharmaceutical industries
- Be proficient in Japanese General Clinical Practices (J-GCP) and GCP/ICH
- Set internal expectations regarding scope, timeline, and quality of deliverables

Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer for DSG, a Clinical Software and Services provider of Technologies for the Pharmaceutical industry, you will have expertise in web based development, C# code development, and SQL Server backend, with opportunity to gather project requirements and communicate these to other team members. Work will involve leading edge Internet technologies, ASP.NET and C#, in a dynamic, challenging environment. The individual for this position will also oversee the following processes.
Coding Language Expertise

EDC Project Manager

Clinical Data Manager
As the Clinical Data Manager for DSG, a Clinical Software and Services provider of technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, you will provide support to DSG’s eCaseLink division and all activity related to Data Management. The Quality Control Associate is responsible for working directly with the eCaseLink system, verifying functionality of case report forms.

EDC Project Coordinator
As an EDC Project Coordinator for DSG, a Clinical Software and Services provider of technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, you will work closely with the DSG Project Managers servicing online clinical trials. This position will provide key support services for the Project Management Department.
Key responsibilities include:

Provide assistance with resolving client inquiries by effectively communicating with Project Managers and other internal departments in a timely and accurate manner

Responsible for agendas, roll-call and meeting minutes for project team and client status meetings

Entering project eCRF layouts in the Project System

Proofreading forms designed by the DSG design group
-
Attend on-site and off-site project team and client meetings, as required

Create and Update Service Requests for Pages in Project System, as directed

Performing site validations for site builds and code moves

Moving and verifying pages, and update workbooks and work forms in Project System

Create Annotated eCRFs when directed by Project Manager

Create Export Specification shell as directed

Project Specific Checklists to be validated weekly

Create Test Sites and User IDs, assist with validating Production Site and User ID entries
